We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional with 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in statutory compliance and labour law management. The candidate should have a strong understanding of applicable labour laws, factory compliance, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and contract labour management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and government requirements.
Handle EPF, ESIC, Skilled Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), minimum wages, bonus, gratuity, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Maintain statutory registers, records, returns, notices, and other compliance-related documentation.
Monitor changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation of applicable amendments.
Coordinate statutory inspections, labour department visits, and compliance audits.
Monitor contractor compliance and maintain records of contract workers.




Maintain required documentation for factory audits and labour inspections.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, attendance, leave records, overtime, and salary deductions.
Manage joining formalities, employee personal files, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
Maintain employee databases, attendance records, and statutory employee records.
Support employee grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and HR policy implementation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
3–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, minimum wages, and contract labour compliance.
Practical experience in maintaining statutory registers, returns, and audit documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
