Conduct research on current drug formulations, delivery systems, and therapeutic areas.
Design and execute laboratory experiments to test product efficacy and safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Production.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, scientific advancements, and competitor products.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and regulatory guidelines.
Support patent applications and intellectual property protection.
Participate in clinical trial design and data analysis when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
