We're looking for a Workshop Head to run all workshop operations for our Aangan project vertical. You'll own materials, stock, site-wise planning and the labour team, so every site gets what it needs on time.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the entire workshop and its working team
Issue materials to the team and track usage against each job
Manage stock: inward, outward, reorder levels and wastage
Prepare site-wise material requirements and plan dispatch
Allocate, schedule and manage the labour team across sites
Coordinate with sales, accounts and purchase on requirements and timelines
Maintain daily records of stock, work progress and attendance
Ensure quality, safety and on-time completion of work

Requirements
[3–5] years in a workshop, fabrication or site-execution role,



with at least [1–2] years in a lead or supervisory position
Strong knowledge of materials, hardware and fabrication processes
Experience handling stock and labour teams
Comfortable with Excel/basic software (we're digitizing operations)
Valuable communication in [Hindi/English/local language]
Organised, accountable and able to work under deadlines

Positive to have
Experience with aluminium, glass or interior hardware work
Familiarity with inventory or ERP tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
