Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the respective club and conduct regular training sessions and workshops
Mentor students and nurture their creative skills and talent
Plan and coordinate performances, competitions, exhibitions, screenings, and other club activities
Prepare and guide students for university, inter-college, and external competitions
Develop students’ practical and qualified skills through hands-on projects
Identify and encourage student talent and active participation
Guide students in creating qualified-quality performances and creative projects
Coordinate with relevant university departments for the smooth execution of club activities
Maintain regular engagement and ensure consistent development of the club throughout the academic year

Pay: ₹60,000.00 per month
