Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute daily production activities to meet targets.
Ensure product quality, production efficiency, and minimum material wastage.
Supervise factory staff, production schedules, and workflow.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory experience in the food processing, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
Robust knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations.
Valuable leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage production targets and maintain quality standards.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
