Role : - Retail Sales Executive (Fashion) Suit Langue

Responsibilities :
Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and returns/exchange policies)
Answer customers’ queries about our line of clothing
Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
Cross-sell products
Ensure racks are fully stocked
Manage returns of merchandise
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Inform customers about discounts and special offers
Provide customer feedback to the Founder/Store Managers.
Stay up to date as we bring current collections.

Requirements and skills
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
Basic math skills
Excellent communication skills,



capable of building trusting relationships
Ability to perform in quick-paced environments

Salary: 12,000 to 18,000 + incentive + Wow Bill.
