Job Title: CNC Turning Operator

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

Job Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC turning machines to manufacture components according to production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and component specifications.
Load and unload components safely and operate machines according to standard procedures.
Monitor machining operations and ensure consistent production quality.
Perform turning, facing, boring, grooving and threading operations as required.
Inspect finished components using Vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
Check component dimensions and maintain required tolerances.
Inform the supervisor about dimensional deviations, tool wear or machine problems.
Maintain production records and achieve assigned production targets.
Follow safety procedures, machine operating instructions and 5S practices.




Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product quality.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of hands-on CNC turning machine experience.
Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and dimensions.
Knowledge of Vernier calipers and micrometers.
Basic understanding of CNC controls such as FANUC is preferred.
Ability to identify machining defects and report problems.
Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Salary & Perks
Expected salary: ₹17,000–₹22,000 per month for 1–2 years of experience.
OT and shift allowance as per company policy.
