Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop effective sales strategies to drive vehicle sales, revenue, and market growth.
Monitor leads, conversions, sales performance, and customer follow-ups.
Coach and support sales executives to enhance productivity and closing skills.
Handle key customer negotiations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, service, and other departments for seamless vehicle delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Build robust customer relationships and drive repeat and referral business.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
