Job Description – Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and assist with billing, taxation, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle sales and purchase entries, invoices, and vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
Prepare payment statements, expense reports, and outstanding reports.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and invoices.
Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and documentation.
Maintain proper filing of bills, receipts, and other financial documents.




Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Solid numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
