Job Purpose

To oversee and manage business operations in Guwahati, drive sales and profitability, ensure operational excellence, and lead teams effectively to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability
Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day business operations across assigned stores and/or distribution activities.
Ensure smooth functioning of operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, billing, and operational costs.
Team Management
Lead, guide, and motivate store managers, sales teams, and other employees.
Ensure adequate manpower, staff productivity, discipline, and attendance.
Identify training needs and develop team capabilities.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare and submit regular business performance reports to management.
Analyse sales trends, targets, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Ensure timely implementation of management decisions and business initiatives.




Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and operational guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Business Management or Marketing will be an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in business operations, retail management, sales, or distribution.
Experience in handling multiple stores, teams, or business units will be preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis.

Preferred Candidate:

-A result-oriented qualified with solid business acumen, leadership ability, and the capability to drive growth while ensuring smooth operations in Guwahati.
Age between 40 to 50

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
