Job Description
To lead by example in exhibiting high levels of service orientation and proactive customer handling.
To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
Ability to handle Patients and attendants at Hospitals
To ensure accurate and timely registrations.
To be Customer centric in approach.
Ability to evaluate and analyze Customer preference and feedback also guide efforts towards enhanced customer experience.
To follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing / discount, instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.




Ability to communicate with both Internal & External customers.
To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
To comply with patient safety policy.
To ensure secure utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
