Restaurant Manager, Queen Margherita’s Pizzeria, Malad

Queen Margherita’s brought Neapolitan pizza to Mumbai in 2018 and runs three restaurants. We are hiring a hands-on Restaurant Manager for Malad, to run the outlet on a written operating system and build the team under it.

What you will do
Own the outlet’s daily result: guests, team, sales and cost.
Run the roster, the weekly stock order and the Monday review.
Keep the daily controls honest: every miss is logged, owned and closed.
Train and certify your managers and floor team, and grow your own successor.
Report directly to the Founder.

What we look for
Five years or more in restaurants, with at least two years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager of a busy outlet.
You know your numbers: sales, labour cost, food cost and variance.
You lead from the floor, and you prefer a system to firefighting.
You have trained people who were then promoted.
Hindi and working English. Confident with a billing system and spreadsheets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
