Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional with a Civil, Mechanical, or MEP background to generate leads, identify upcoming projects, and procure recent business orders.

Key Responsibilities
Identify upcoming MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical projects.
Visit clients, consultants, contractors, and project sites.
Generate leads and develop client relationships.
Track tenders and convert opportunities into orders.
Coordinate with estimation and technical teams.
Negotiate with clients and follow up for project closure.

Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Business Development / Project Procurement.
Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP background mandatory.
Positive networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of the construction and MEP market.
Willingness to travel for client and site visits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
