Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer enquiries, check product availability, and assist with basic billing and software operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and respond to product-related enquiries.
Check product availability and stock details using the company’s software.
Provide accurate information about product prices, availability, and related details.
Assist customers with order enquiries and coordinate with the relevant departments.
Perform basic billing and invoice-related tasks.
Use company software for checking stock, entering customer details, and updating order information.
Maintain proper records of customer calls,



enquiries, and orders.
Ensure polite and qualified communication with customers.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge .
Ability to learn and use billing software and inventory management systems.
Basic understanding of billing procedures is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Malayalam communication skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
