Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on site execution or construction experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, site surveying/setting out, and basic AutoCAD or MS Office.
Soft Skills: Robust problem-solving abilities, site leadership, transparent communication, and pressure management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
