Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to drive business growth, generate current leads, build client relationships, and lead sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify potential customers and explore new business opportunities.

● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.

● Connect with prospective clients and schedule business meetings.

● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

● Lead and coordinate sales activities to achieve business targets.





● Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

● Monitor lead generation, follow-ups, and client conversion.

● Develop strategies to improve sales performance and business growth.

● Support and guide team members to achieve individual and team targets. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline; BA/B.Com preferred. MBA candidates are also welcome.

● 4–7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Robust leadership, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

● Target-oriented mindset with a focus on business development.

● Presentable personality with a polite and qualified approach.

● Ability to manage client relationships and drive sales performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
