. Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
. Convince customers to buy products and close sales over the phone
. Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets
. Follow up with interested customers and convert them into buyers
. Call existing customers to get repeat orders and sell recent products
. Inform customers about recent launches, offers, and discounts
. Answer customer questions and handle their doubts to help close sales
. Maintain customer details, call records, follow-ups, and sales reports
. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets
. Focus on increasing sales and meeting business goals.
