We are hiring an experienced Java Backend Tech Lead to lead backend development and manage a team of engineers. The role requires solid hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor backend engineers.
Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
Manage development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Coordinate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
