Sales Targets: Assist customers throughout the buying process to achieve individual and store sales goals.
Store Maintenance: Keep product displays, shelves, and the sales area neat, organized, and presentable.
Digital & Social Media Engagement: Support basic social media activities, customer engagement, and store promotions.
After-Sales Support: Handle customer queries, feedback,



and basic support professionally.
Teamwork & Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations while maintaining punctuality and professional standards.

Requirements & Preferred Skills
Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior retail or sales experience is a plus.
Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Digital Savvy: Comfortable with social media platforms and basic smartphone use for customer engagement.
