Salary: ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Experience: 2–5+ Years Preferred

Job Requirements
Experience in Sales, Direct Selling, or Network Marketing.
Experience managing and leading a sales team.
Solid communication and leadership skills.
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate team members.
Target-oriented with valuable team-building skills.
Crypto, Web3, or FinTech experience is an advantage.
Existing sales networks and contacts are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team.
Recruit and train recent team members.
Set targets and monitor performance.
Help the team achieve sales goals.




Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups.
Develop sales strategies and expand the business.
Report progress to management.
