Hiring: CDP & DCDP – Asian / Wok Cuisine

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Asian, Chinese, and wok-based dishes as per the restaurant's standards.
Handle wok cooking techniques, stir-frying, and preparation of Asian sauces.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
Manage daily mise en place and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready for service.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Monitor stock, minimize food wastage, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
For CDP candidates, manage the assigned kitchen section and guide junior chefs.
For DCDP candidates,



assist the CDP in daily kitchen operations and preparation.

Requirements
Previous experience in Asian, Chinese, or wok cuisine is essential.
Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or premium dining establishment is preferred.
Positive knowledge of Asian ingredients, sauces, and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced kitchen.
Solid teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
Candidates with relevant wok station experience will be preferred.
