We are looking for a hands-on Floor Manager to run our dining floor, lead the service team, and ensure every guest has a great experience at Sattva, a pure vegetarian restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations during all shifts
Lead, train, and schedule captains, waiters, and service staff
Greet guests, manage seating and waiting times, and handle feedback and complaints
Coordinate with the kitchen for timely order flow and food quality
Ensure strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards on the floor
Control wastage, breakage, and floor inventory (crockery, cutlery, consumables)
Ensure SOPs are followed, including opening and closing checklists
Handle peak hours, bulk orders, and events smoothly
Maintain attendance and discipline of floor staff

Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hotel Management,



or equivalent experience
Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Captain, or Supervisor in a restaurant
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Malayalam; working knowledge of English and Hindi preferred
Familiar with POS or billing software
Comfortable with a pure vegetarian environment
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
