Job Description: Junior Resource – P2P & PMO

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Resource with basic exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Project Management Office (PMO) activities to support finance and project coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with P2P activities, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
Support PMO activities, project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Maintain records, trackers, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates and follow-ups.
Assist with basic MIS reports and day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements
Graduate in B.Com, BMS, or a related field.
Basic knowledge or exposure to P2P and/or PMO processes.
Valuable communication, coordination, and Excel skills.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
