Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Robust architectural design and detailing skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop is an advantage.
Prepare working drawings, construction details, BOQs, and presentations.
Valuable understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and site execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Manage assigned projects and deliverables within agreed timelines.
