JOB DESCRIPTION: CHEF CDP & DCDP

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Minimum Experience: 3 Years

Chef de Partie (CDP)Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Manage daily operations of the assigned kitchen section.
Ensure food preparation, quality, taste, and presentation as per standards.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Monitor stock levels, portion control, and food wastage.
Ensure timely preparation and service during operations.

Food quality and presentation consistency.
Timely order preparation and dispatch.
Food wastage and portion control compliance.
Food safety and hygiene audit scores.
Inventory accuracy and stock control.
Kitchen team productivity and efficiency.
Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Assist the CDP in managing daily kitchen operations.
Prepare dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes.
Maintain mise en place and ensure timely food preparation.
Follow food storage, labelling, and stock rotation procedures.




Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
Support inventory management and minimize food wastage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Recipe adherence and food quality consistency.
Timely preparation of assigned dishes.
Mise en place readiness before service.
Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Food wastage and portion control.
Efficiency and coordination with the kitchen team.

Mandatory Skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation.
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation.
Knowledge of inventory management, portion control, and stock rotation.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.
Solid teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Culinary qualification or hotel management diploma preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
