Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain general ledger, cash book, bank book, and other accounting records.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and verify invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
Assist in GST returns, TDS calculations, and other applicable statutory compliances.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports as required.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external consultants.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
