TESLA VENTURES is looking for a responsible, experienced, and result-oriented Plant Head to manage and oversee day-to-day plant operations in our recycling and polymer compounding business.

Key Responsibilities
Plant Operations: Manage daily plant activities and ensure smooth, effective production.
Manpower Management: Supervise labour, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and maintain workforce discipline.
Production & Quality: Monitor production targets, material sorting, processing, and product quality.
Dispatch Management: Coordinate packing, weighment, documentation, loading, and timely dispatch of materials.
Sample Management: Coordinate sample preparation, testing, quality checks, and dispatch of samples to customers.
Inventory & Material Handling: Monitor raw materials, finished goods,



stock movement, and material utilization.
Machine & Maintenance: Ensure proper machine operation, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of breakdowns.
Housekeeping & Safety: Maintain plant cleanliness, workplace discipline, and safety standards.
Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily production, labour, inventory, and dispatch reports while coordinating with management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
