About the Role

Lead Nesto's media and marketing strategy across Kerala stores, driving footfall and sales through influencer campaigns, traditional media, and promotional initiatives. This performance-marketing role demands proven expertise in campaign ROI tracking, influencer management, and retail market dynamics. Based in Calicut, you'll manage budgets, agencies, and a team while delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute influencer campaigns targeting Kerala and Malayalam creators for store walk-ins
Manage campaigns for store openings, festivals (Onam, Vishu, Ramadan, Christmas) and promotions
Negotiate, brief and manage relationships with Kerala-based influencers and content creators
Execute print, radio,



outdoor and in-store promotional campaigns across Nesto locations
Track campaign impact on footfall, sales and revenue using POS data and coupon tracking
Manage marketing budget, media agencies and coordinate internal team execution and reporting

Requirements
UG or PG degree in Media & Mass Communication or related field
10+ years media and marketing experience with recent managing role background
Proven influencer campaigns with measurable walk-ins, sales and revenue results
Experience tracking store traffic metrics from campaigns using coupons and POS data
Robust Kerala market knowledge and familiarity with Malayalam creators and influencers
