Job Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and component loading.
Monitor machining operations and ensure component quality.
Inspect components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Identify machining defects and report machine issues to the supervisor.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2–5 years of experience in CNC machine setting and operation.
Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and machining tools.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and controllers is preferred.
Positive attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
