Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
Ensure quality compliance throughout solar module manufacturing.
Conduct visual inspection, EL testing, flash testing, and insulation testing.
Identify module defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure compliance with IEC standards, ISO 9001, and company quality procedures.
Maintain inspection reports and coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in solar module manufacturing QA/QC.
Knowledge of solar module testing, inspection, and quality documentation.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
