The Database Trainee will support database administration and operations under supervision, focusing on learning core concepts, assisting with routine tasks, and gradually building expertise in managing enterprise databases. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to database technologies while ensuring operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Database Monitoring Assist in monitoring database performance, availability, and health using enterprise tools.
Routine Maintenance Support backup verification, log checks, and scheduled maintenance activities.
Incident Support Provide first-level support for database-related incidents, escalate issues to L1/L2 DBAs as required.
User & Access Management Assist in creating and managing user accounts, roles, and permissions under guidance.
Documentation Maintain accurate records of incidents, changes, and configurations for governance reporting.
Learning & Development Actively participate in KT sessions, shadow senior DBAs, and complete assigned learning modules.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
