Role Overview

HiveMinds is expanding its global footprint! We are seeking a agile, proactive, and result-oriented International Sales Specialist to drive cross-border client acquisition. In this role, you will lead outbound business development, build strategic pipelines, and close mid-market and enterprise accounts across target international regions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and close international brands for HiveMinds’ digital marketing and growth solutions.
Outbound Pipeline: Build a solid lead pipeline through multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email, networking).
End-to-End Sales: Lead discovery calls, collaborate with strategy teams on tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Market Expansion: Focus primarily on penetrating the US market while capitalizing on growth prospects in the UK, Europe, GCC, SEA, and Australia.

Key Requirements
Experience:



3 - 4 years of proven success in international B2B sales or business development (Agency / AdTech / SaaS preferred).
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in US Shift timings.
Global Track Record: Hands-on experience acquiring clients across international regions (US experience mandatory).
Skills: Exceptional written and spoken English skills; smart, articulate, and confident interacting with global marketing leaders (CMOs/VPs).
Drive: High energy, self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
