Role Description The Commi role at Jamies Oliver Pizzeria is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi. The Commi will support the kitchen team with food preparation, basic cooking tasks, and plating dishes according to restaurant standards. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, following hygiene and safety protocols, assisting senior cooks and chefs, and ensuring ingredients are properly stored and labeled. The Commi will also help with mise en place, replenishing supplies,



and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional culinary skills and grow within a supportive kitchen environment.
Qualifications
Solid foundation in Food Preparation and basic Cooking tasks
Developed Culinary Skills and willingness to learn new recipes and techniques
Knowledge of Hygiene standards, food safety, and cleanliness in a professional kitchen
Transparent and respectful Communication skills for effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently during busy service, and maintain attention to detail
Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is an advantage but not mandatory
Basic education and ability to understand kitchen instructions and safety guidelines
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations
