Designation: Senior Payroll Administrator

Salary: 50K to 55K pm

Experience: Min 4+ Years

Location: Vasai East

We are looking for the candidate with following Key Skills:
1. Payroll Management
Ensure accurate and timely monthly salary processing for staff and workmen.
Verify attendance, leave, overtime, late marks, and shift details before payroll processing.
Ensure timely closure of payroll inputs as per the monthly cutoff.
Verify salary calculations, deductions, incentives, arrears, and full and final (F&F;) settlements.
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Skilled Tax, LWF, TDS, and other applicable deductions.
2. Statutory Compliance & Records
Ensure timely preparation and submission of applicable statutory returns and challans.




Coordinate with consultants and statutory authorities for payroll-related compliance.
Maintain employee records, including bank details, PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, ESIC, and other required documents, with appropriate data security.
3. Administration Management
Manage day-to-day administrative activities at the plant and office.
Supervise housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and other facility services.
Monitor attendance and performance of administrative service providers and contractors.
Manage company assets, office supplies, stationery, and inventory.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
