About Artarium

Artarium is a rapid-growing, product-based home décor brand specializing in divine god idols, sculptures, and soulful home décor products. We are looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, purchasing, and timely availability of materials required for our products and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, source, and evaluate vendors and suppliers for raw materials, finished products, and other business requirements.
Procure materials required for idols, sculptures, resin products, packaging, and home décor production.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and quality standards with vendors.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement records.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Production, R&D;, Design, and Accounts, to understand material requirements.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.
Maintain vendor databases and build long-term supplier relationships.




Compare quotations and identify cost-effective purchasing opportunities without compromising quality.
Monitor inventory and coordinate for timely replenishment of essential materials.
Follow up on pending orders, delayed deliveries, quality issues, and material replacements.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management.
Experience in manufacturing, home décor, handicrafts, resin products, sculptures, or a similar industry will be preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple vendors, quotations, and purchase orders.
Proactive approach towards sourcing, cost control, and problem-solving.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is organized, commercially aware, and capable of finding reliable suppliers while ensuring materials are procured at the right price, quality, and time.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
