Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on engineering and project coordination experience.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools (MS Project).
Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities

Key Competencies:





Project Management: Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

Design & Technical Work: Create and review blueprints using CAD software, perform calculations, and write technical reports.

Site Supervision: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in office.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients to resolve issues and meet specifications.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work meets local and national health, safety, and regulatory codes.
