Role & responsibilities

Handle day-to-day back-office and dispatch operations. • Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Transport teams to ensure timely dispatches. • Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for material pickup and delivery. • Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, stock, invoices, and delivery details. • Follow up with transporters regarding shipment status and delivery confirmation. • Verify the correct product, quantity, packaging, and required documentation before dispatch. • Keep customers and internal teams updated regarding dispatch and delivery status. • Handle routine data entry, filing, documentation, and office coordination. • Assist the Sales team with order processing and other back-office activities. • Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Preferred candidate profile





Graduate / Undergraduate with positive communication and organizational skills. • 03 years of experience in back office, dispatch, logistics, order processing, or a related field is preferred. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email, and computer operations. • Valuable coordination, follow-up, and communication skills. • Solid attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry. • Responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks. • Experience in chemical trading, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetics, or related industries will be an advantage.
