Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Accounts Payable to join our Finance & Accounts team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts payable operations, processing vendor payments, verifying invoices, handling purchase orders, and ensuring accurate vendor reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management: Manage the PO process and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Payment Processing: Process vendor payments accurately and within stipulated timelines.
Vendor Registration & Onboarding: Handle vendor registration, documentation, and onboarding.
Vendor Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor accounts, identify discrepancies, and resolve payment-related issues.
Invoice Management:



Verify invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents before processing payments.
Payables Management: Track outstanding payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely settlement of vendor dues.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain financial records and support day-to-day accounting activities.

Skills & Qualifications
M.Com with a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or finance operations.
Valuable knowledge of accounting processes and financial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and numerical analysis.
Working knowledge of Tally software.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to a dynamic work workplace.
