Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
Prepare business valuations and financial models.
Prepare investment decks, pitch presentations and investment teasers.
Support financial and business due diligence activities.
Coordinate with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
Assist in deal structuring, negotiations and deal closure.
Analyse financial statements, business performance and investment opportunities.
Prepare reports, presentations and transaction-related documentation.
Support end-to-end investment banking and M&A; assignments.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, valuations, M&A;,



due diligence or corporate finance is preferred.
Robust financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Robust written and verbal English communication.
Comfortable working in US time zones, including late-night shifts.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Job Time- US timings – 4 PM to 1 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM

Working Days- Mon -Fri (5 days working)
