Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound international customer calls :
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
Meet performance and quality metrics

Education : Undergraduates & Graduates eligible
Communication : Excellent spoken English required
Willing to work in rotational shifts :
