Managing the sales funnel
Co-ordinate with Sales team and Channel Partners
Helping the sales team/stake holders improve productivity through regular communication with customers and analyzing reports
To engage in initial call with the prospect before passing the conversation to the respective stakeholders.
Handle Inbound/Outbound calls on sales leads and pitch to convert interested prospects into customers.
Assure Quality of Sales
Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Answering sales calls and providing necessary information
Ability to handle customer queries successfully

Qualifications
