Key Responsibilities
Enter the data of sender and receiver details accurately to generate labels
Verify accuracy of entered data.
Update shipment status (In Transit, Delivered, RTO, etc.)
Monitor daily shipment movement in the tracking software.
Coordinate with pick up staff for status updates.
Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports.
Assist customer service team with tracking information.
Coordinate with service provider and channel partners.
Share daily MIS reports with management.

Requirements :
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Valuable typing speed and accuracy
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Experience in courier/logistics preferred

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
