Live Connections is hiring experienced International Voice Process Executives for Bangalore .

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle international customer calls and resolve queries.
Provide qualified customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
Maintain call quality and achieve performance targets.
Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ year of international voice process experience.
Any graduate.
Excellent English communication skills.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work US and 24×7 rotational shifts.
Willingness to work from the office.
Immediate joiners only.

Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA, based on experience and current CTC.
