Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services (film production, video shoots, ads, etc.)
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about services and pricing
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
Build and maintain solid client relationships
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing and production team for client requirements
Follow up on previous conversations to close deals

Requirements :
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred)
Excellent communication and convincing skills




Basic knowledge of film/media/production industry is a plus
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, MS Office, etc.)
