Conduct JEE/NEET-level conceptual and numerical sessions.
Prepare and execute detailed lesson plans.
Maintain updated study materials, question banks, and practice tests.
Assess student performance through weekly/monthly tests and analyse results.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions for individual and group learning.
Maintain academic discipline and monitor class performance.
Coordinate with academic heads for curriculum planning and improvement.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic events.
Use smart technology and teaching aids for effective learning delivery.
