USA trucking Scheduling Coordinator & Administrative Assistant

Anthem Transport is a family-owned trucking carrier based in Houston, Texas, proudly serving customers since 2021. We specialize in refrigerated transportation and intermodal container drayage, with a solid presence in the Houston port and rail markets.

As we expand our company, we are seeking admin and scheduling coordinator to support our customer base and develop long-term partnerships within the port, rail, and container freight space.

In this role, you will focus on daily / weekly work planning for truck drivers and handle all relevant communication to drivers and clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to shippers, freight forwarders, and import/export customers.

Key Responsibilities




Freight delivery planning and coordination with internal and external parties
Understand supply chains and provide solutions
Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams
Run productivity and expense reports, track spend, identify trends

Requirements
Fluent in spoken English - USA - No Exceptions
Must be Willing and Able to work overnight (USA day time) schedule - No Exceptions
Working computer, internet connection, and smart phone - while remote
Work will start remote and then transition to office by end of year - office location is in Mithakhali, Ahmedabad
Excellent written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skill
Professional phone and email etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
