Prepare daily Indian meals (dal, sabzi, rice, roti, snacks, etc.) for staff.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control across all meals.
Execute pre-planned menus efficiently within defined timelines.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness .
Manage bulk cooking operations during peak service hours.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize food wastage .
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation (FIFO) .
Follow standard recipes, processes, and supervisor guidelines .
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth daily operations .
Incorporate basic improvements based on staff feedback and preferences .
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
