Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production schedule.
Supervise the manufacturing process of Bio Fertilizers, Bio Pesticides, and Bio Stimulants.
Monitor fermentation, microbial culture preparation, inoculation, incubation, blending, formulation, and packaging processes.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department to ensure product quality and compliance.
Monitor production parameters and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR).
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Minimize production losses, wastage, and downtime.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the production area.
Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments for timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
Train and guide production operators and technicians on manufacturing procedures.




Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations related to manufacturing.

Key Skills Required
Knowledge of Bio Fertilizer, Bio Pesticide, and Bio Stimulant manufacturing processes.
Understanding of microbial fermentation and culture handling.
Knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
Familiarity with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Basic understanding of quality systems and documentation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
