We are hiring Operation Theatre (OT) Nurses for a reputed multi-speciality hospital in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced nurses looking to build a rewarding career in a well-established healthcare institution.
Salary
Freshers : CTC up to ₹26,000 per month : Key Responsibilities
Assemble, check, and prepare appropriate surgical equipment, instruments, and consumables for a wide range of operative procedures.
Assist surgeons by performing scrub duties during surgical procedures.
Function effectively as both a Scrub Nurse and Circulating Nurse.
Coordinate the use of surgical supplies and additional equipment during operations, ensuring safe and appropriate usage.
Conduct mandatory patient safety checks, including verification of informed consent, patient identity, and operative site before the procedure.
Perform the WHO Surgical Safety Checklist with the surgical team and ensure accurate documentation.
Complete mandatory surgical safety checks before the procedure, during surgery, and before wound closure.
Provide post-operative care to patients in the recovery room.
Maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital protocols.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Eligibility Criteria
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced OT Nurses will be offered salary based on their experience.
Good communication skills and a patient-focused approach.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
