We are seeking a highly driven Interior Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales funnel, achieving project targets, and driving sales closure. The position requires solid sales acumen, customer relationship management, and industry knowledge to ensure consistent business growth in the residential interior segment.
Own and manage the sales funnel to deliver higher conversion rates.
Achieve monthly targets of 4–5 recent project bookings.
Ensure superior customer experience and post-sales engagement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (preferably B.Arch / B.Tech) or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of academics.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior Sales / Business Development.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Languages preferred: English, Hindi, Kannada
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
